    Your only upfront cost is the listing fee charged by realestate.com.au or Domain - exactly what the websites charge, with no mark-ups and no hidden extras. Once your property is live, our full-service selling package kicks in for a fixed fee of $9,999 (payable once sold of course)

    From marketing to negotiation, buyer management to contract support, we take care of everything. No percentages, no pressure, just honest real estate done right.

  • Let’s talk about the elephant in the room - property management fees. Some agencies are still charging 8-10% of your rent just to “manage” your property. For what, exactly? Don’t worry we asked the same question. A few emails, a drive-by inspection and a copy-paste monthly report? Doesn’t quite add up, does it?

    Here’s the things - the rent amount doesn’t magically change how much work your property manager does. Whether it’s a $400 a week flat or a $900 a week family home, the process is the same. That’s why we ditched the percentage game. It’s outdated, unfair and honestly…. a bit cheeky. We charge a simple flat fee of $30 per week - because that’s what the job’s worth when it’s done properly, with honesty and care. No markups. No “admin” surprises. No fluff.

    We believe landlords deserve real value for their money and tenants deserve the be treated like people, not problems. We actually spend the time look after both, because when the job is done right, everything runs smoother. Real service. Real communication. Real transparency. That’s what you get for $15

  • When we first looked into real estate. We were blown away with the cost other agencies charge hard working Australians. On average traditional agencies can charge in excess of $5,000 in "marketing fees" not included in their commission fee. 

    At Right On Real Estate we provide high quality marketing using top of the range products all inclusive of our fixed fee (minus the listing fee). No hidden costs or fees. It's real estate done right.

  • Our Buyer Assistance service is designed to help you find the right home without the usual noise. When you join our priority buyer list, we actively match you with properties we’ve recently acquired for sale that suit your needs, budget and location preferences.

    Before homes hit the wider market, we contact relevant buyers directly - giving you an early oppurtunity to view and act on properties that genuinely fit what you’re looking for.

    And just as importantly, once you’ve found your dream home, that’s where it ends. No endless emails. No ongoing phone calls. No Spam

Why do you charge a flat fee instead of a percentage?

Because percentage-based fees are outdated and frankly, a bit dodgy. It doesn’t take more work based on the value of a home. So we simply asked why should individuals be punished for their property being worth more? Our flat fee keeps it simple, fair and transparent so you know exactly what you’re paying.

How do you keep your fees so low?

We’ve stripped back the bloated, outdated systems most agencies still cling to. We use smart tech, keep our overheads lean and focus on genuine service, not glossy office spaces or fleets of branded cars. You’re paying for our time, experience and reliability not our ego.

Are you fully licensed and insured like other agencies?

Absolutely. We’re 100% licensed to operate in Queensland and fully insured for property management and sales. Just because we do things differently doesn’t mean we cut corners - we just cut out the nonsense.

How are you different from other agents?

We’re not here to play the same old real estate game. We don’t upsell, overpromise or hide behind jargon. We’re straightforward, we talk like real people and we genuinely care about doing right. No slick suits, no sales spin, just honest service at a fixed price.

What’s included in your $30 property management fee?

Everything you actually need and none of the useless fluff. We handle rent collection, maintenance coordination, tenant communication, lease renewals, entry and exit reports and regular inspections. Basically we do all the stuff you’d expect a good property manager to do… without charging you an arm and a leg for it.

What do I actually get as a seller?

We deliver everything you should get when selling a home. As standard we provide a full service such as professional photography, for sale sign, open homes, negotiations and buyer management done properly, start to finish. We don’t throw in surprise marketing costs, it’s simply one flat fee that covers the entire sale. We truly believe selling your home shouldn’t feel like haggling with a used car dealers.
